Elder Carthan's dedication to Creech Temple UHC extends far beyond the confines of the church. His vision is to serve as a beacon of hope and catalyst for transformation, not only within the congregation but also throughout the broader community. This commitment is exemplified through the establishment of the Y.A.N.F. [You Are Not Forgotten] ministry in 2020. The central mission of this initiative is to inspire spiritual renewal and provide meaningful support to underprivileged members of the Trenton community.

Since its inception, the Y.A.N.F. ministry has made notable strides in addressing community needs by organizing a coat drive that equipped nearly 200 individuals with warm winter clothing, distributing essential school supplies to children, and hosted Community Day where nutritious meals were prepared and shared. Elder Carthan firmly believes that through collective effort, it is possible to reflect the light of Christ and effect meaningful transformation in the lives of individuals, both spiritually and practically.
